How to choose different roles based on their permissions

1. GYM ADMIN: This is the Gym Owner role. The person signing up into the Xoda account via the business register form is assigned this role. This role can perform all the actions on the web portal without any restrictions.

2. GYM MANAGER: Gym Admin creates the Gym Manager in the web portal. Gym Manager has similar access to the Gym Admin. This role can perform all the actions on the web portal without any restrictions.

NOTE: Only Gym Admin and Gym Manager will receive the daily email alerts such as, dropout member alerts, new member sign up alerts and failed payment alerts. For someone to stop receiving these emails, their staff role has to be downgraded to office staff or below.
Please note that only Staff with the Gym Admin and Gym Manager role can see the Staff list and the payroll function in the Staff list.

3. STAFF: This role is given to permanent staff in the gym. Staff have the ability to 

  1. Create/edit leads assigned to anyone 
  2. Assign the leads to anyone
  3. Change the leads to members
  4. View Group class/PT Session/Other sessions (PT stands for Personal Training)
  5. Add/Edit Group class/PT Session/Other sessions
  6. View/Edit existing plans
  7. Edit/delete existing products
  8. Change the product status (In Stock/Out of Stock)
  9. View existing packs
  10. POS screen (without the POS details)
  11. Change or add members' payment methods

4. TRAINER: This role is given to permanent, causal or contractual trainers. 

Permanent: This is the role give to permanent trainers and has the ability to:

  1. Create/edit leads assigned to anyone 
  2. Assign the leads to anyone
  3. Change the leads to members
  4. View Group class/PT Session/Other sessions (PT stands for Personal Training)
  5. Add/Edit Group class/PT Session/Other sessions
  6. View/Edit existing plans
  7. Edit/delete existing products
  8. Change the product status (In Stock/Out of Stock)
  9. View existing packs
  10. POS screen
  11. Change or add members' payment methods

Casual: This role is given to casual trainers in the gym. Casual trainers have the ability to:

  1. Create new leads and assign to anyone. Once assigned to others they lose access to editing the record.
  2. Edit the leads that are assigned to them and convert to members.
  3. View Group class/PT Session/Other sessions (PT stands for Personal Training)
  4. Add/Edit Group class/PT Session/Other sessions
  5. View/Edit existing plans
  6. Edit/delete existing products
  7. Change the product status (In Stock/Out of Stock)
  8. View existing packs
  9. POS screen (without the POS details)
  10. Change or add members' payment methods

Contractor: This role is assigned to trainers that are contractors in the gym. Contractors have the ability to:

  1. Create new leads and assign to anyone. Once assigned to others they lose access to editing the record.
  2. Edit the leads that are assigned to them and convert to members.
  3. View Group class/PT Session/Other sessions (PT stands for Personal Training)
  4. Add/Edit Group class/PT Session/Other sessions
  5. View/Edit existing plans
  6. Edit/delete existing products
  7. Change the product status (In Stock/Out of Stock)
  8. View existing packs
NOTE: Only Gym Managers and Gym Admin have access in processing payment refunds.
