Our system runs a payroll batch job every Saturday lunch time at 12:45 pm to calculate payroll from last Sunday to this Saturday.

The Pay roll report is divided among Permanent, Casual and Contractor.

The Payroll reports on the earning of each staff including:
- Fixed salary weekly.
- Earning per session of service at an hourly rate.
- Superannuation calculation.
Please note that when adding classes (with service category and hourly rates) under a staff profile, if a staff is getting paid different rate per hour for certain services. These services needed to be added in different rows under staff profile with hourly rates set up separately.
