Allocate a task to team member or yourself

How to allocate certain tasks within Xoda to your team members or yourself

To allocate task to team member:

  1. Go to the TOOLBAR on the top right corner on the XODA platform homepage
  2. Click on the TO-DO list icon
  3. Any tasks you have already allocated can be viewed here as a list
  4. The icons next to each task allow you to edit, hide or delete them
  5. Set a new task by pressing the + button on the top right corner
  6. In the task bar, using the @ symbol you can select a team member to allocate the new task to and then proceed to type out the task you need done
  7. Select a due date for the task to be completed
  8. Press the blue ADD button on the side which will send the task to the tagged team member within the XODA platform
You can also allocate a task to yourself by following the above steps and excluding tagging anyone else with the @ symbol.
