To allocate task to team member:
- Go to the TOOLBAR on the top right corner on the XODA platform homepage
- Click on the TO-DO list icon
- Any tasks you have already allocated can be viewed here as a list
- The icons next to each task allow you to edit, hide or delete them
- Set a new task by pressing the + button on the top right corner
- In the task bar, using the @ symbol you can select a team member to allocate the new task to and then proceed to type out the task you need done
- Select a due date for the task to be completed
- Press the blue ADD button on the side which will send the task to the tagged team member within the XODA platform
You can also allocate a task to yourself by following the above steps and excluding tagging anyone else with the @ symbol.
