To deactivate a staff:

Please remember to reassign all future sessions to another active staff before deactivating this staff.
  1. Log into the web portal as Gym Admin. 
  2. Then you go to operations, click on Staff.
  3. Find the staff you wish to deactivate.
  4. Press on the Active button to deactivate an active staff as shown below:

  1. You’ll be prompted with a message to reassign all future sessions to an active staff member.

  1. Click OK to proceed with deactivation. 
Please note that once a staff member is deactivated, their access to XODA Go will also be disabled.
As a general rule in XODA, we don’t delete data — we hide or archive it instead. For example, member profiles are archived, not deleted.
The same applies here. These sessions are not permanently deleted; they are simply hidden from the schedule because they are assigned to an inactive trainer.

To reactivate a staff:

  1. Filter the staff list to inactive. 
By default, only active staff profiles are displayed. To view inactive staff profiles, simply update the filter to All or Inactive.
  1. Follow the same steps as described above.
  2. Press the Inactive button to reactivate an inactive staff as shown below:
Please note the following functions can only be perform by contacting support@xoda.com:
1. Deactivate or reactivate a gym admin 
2. Deactivate a gym owner.
3. Promote gym admin or staff to gym owner.
