To schedule a group class:

Access the Schedule Tab
Start by navigating to the SCHEDULE tab in the app. In the upper right-hand corner, you’ll see a + button. Click this button to create a new group class. -
Enter Class Details
Fill in the necessary information for the class:- Session Name: Provide a clear and descriptive name for the class.
- Start and End Dates: Choose the dates for when the class begins and ends.
- Start and End Times: Set the specific time the class will take place.

Assign a Trainer
Select which trainer will be hosting the session from the list of available trainers. This ensures the trainer is linked to the class in the system. -
Set Capacity and Waitlist
- Member Limit: Define how many members can attend the class.
- Waitlist: If applicable, you can also set up a waitlist to allow additional members to sign up if the class is fully booked.

Add Additional Information
- Room Name: Specify the room or location where the class will take place, if necessary.
- Class Description: Write a short description that provides members with an overview of what to expect from the class.

Add Members (Optional)
If you want to book members directly into the class, scroll to the bottom of the page. You’ll see an option to add members. Here, you can also book in members who have free credits available for this session. -
Finalize the Class
Once all the details are filled in, review your entries and confirm the scheduling. Your class will now appear in the calendar, ready for members to book.
