How to Mark Attendance for Group Classes and PT Sessions:

  • Access the Schedule Tab
    Go to the SCHEDULE tab and find the specific class or session you want to manage. Click on the session to open its details.

  • Open the Members Section
    Once inside the session details, tap on the MEMBERS tab. Here, you’ll see a list of all the members who are booked for the class or session.

  • Mark Attendance or Cancel
    • For each member listed, you can mark their attendance by simply checking the appropriate box.
    • If the session needs to be canceled, you can do so from this screen as well.
  • Quick Attendance Options

    • If all members attended, you can use the convenient 'All Attended' button located on the left side to mark everyone present at once.
    • If no members attended, simply click 'None Attended' to mark the session as unattended.
