Processing Timeout (check member payment method)

This means a transaction was scheduled but the payment provider failed to reply in 3 days so the transaction request essentially timed out.

How to handle it:

Please check the member profile has a valid payment method. If confirmed, you can retry the failed payments.

If you are unsure please contact support@xoda.com and or the payment provider to ensure that the payment schedule requests had not been fulfilled on the payment provider side. This is necessary in the cases of seeing members being double charged.
