The Product Stock Management is a feature available in XODA that will help you with product reminders and its management. This feature will also allow efficient tracking and replenishing of product stock levels.

  • Product Fields

    Quantity:
This field can be set at maximum allowed value depending on the number of product that can be sold. It will decrement by one with each sale.

Restock Threshold: Should be defined by the gym staff per product type and defaults to 0.
Note: You can add as many products as needed to the restock list.
  • Alerts and Notifications

When the quantity of a product reaches the Restock Threshold, XODA automatically sends a reminder to the Gym Admin and Managers to replenish the stock level of a product.

  • Managing Product Availability

      In-Stock Status

            •
If a product's quantity is greater than zero, it is considered in stock.
Sharable links to in-stock products will be shown and functional.
In stock products will appear in the member's app product list.

    Out-of-Stock Status

            •
If a product's quantity drops to zero, it is marked as out of stock.
Sharable links to an out-of-stock product will stop working.
            • Out of stock products will disappear in the member's app product list.
  • Shareable Links

Sharable links to a product both Public and Private can only be seen by         existing members.
New members or members must download the Gym App to enter their payment method and purchase the product via the existing member sharable link.
  • Adjusting Quantity and Product Reactivation

    • Gym Admin and Managers can adjust the product quantity when restock warning has been sent to prevent running out of stock.
Product reactivation can be done by increasing the quantity or more than zero when necessary.
  • Product Sales Monitoring

Product report can be used to check the number of products sold and manage stock/s accordingly.
