To sell a product, plan or pack:

1. Under OPERATIONS, go to POS
2. In NEW PURCHASE, fill in the following fields;
3. Type: Product, plan or pack
4. If you want a plan to be debited immediately, do not tick the future date option, without future date ticked, the plan will start immediately and debit straight away.
5. Select Product, Plan/Pack: Select the plan/pack or product depending upon the type selected
6. Quantity: Enter the quantity the customer wishes to purchase (only applicable if type is Product)
7. Enter Rate/Product: e.g. 15 (no need to add $ sign) (only applicable if type is Product)
8. Click on the ADD ➡️ button to add the items to the BILLING FORM, next to NEW PURCHASE

Repeat the process if you’d like to place additional products, plans or packages to the sale. If you have added an item by accident, you may delete it from the billing form by clicking on the minus - icon next to the product.

1. Future date: to start the plan and billing on a future date. Then choose if to activate credits immediately or not. More details about this configuration in this article. 
   
2. Activate immediately: start the plan and billing right now and the member will be charged straight away.
3.  Activate on next billing date / when current plan expires: start the plan and billing on the next billing date or expiration date of the current plan. Please note if the member has no current plan, this option is the same as activating immediately.

Once you are ready to process the payment;

1. Select Payment Method: Cash, EFTPOS, Complimentary or Chosen Payment Gateway/s
2. Plan Schedule: If you have added a plan to the sale. If not, this option will not be enabled
3. Add Members: Enter in the member’s name whom you wish to make the sale to
   Click PAY
4. Once the transaction is confirmed, scroll down to INVOICES under POS DETAILS where the sale will appear at the top of list
