To change a membership plan:

1. Under OPERATIONS, go to PLANS
2. Click the edit button 🖊️on the plan you wish to update
3. If changing the Name, Description, Terms and conditions and clicking on UPDATE the existing pack remains in place.
4. On changing any other details and clicking UPDATE, you’ll be given the option on whether you’d like the changes to apply to existing members as well as new members
   1. Click YES if you’d like the changes to be applied to new and existing members. This will amend all the changes made to the pack for all the members registered with the pack. 
   2. Click NO if you’d like the changes to be applied to new members only
   3. Click Cancel to cancel the changes
   4. Existing pack is set to archived on selecting Yes/No and gets replaced by new pack.
