To add a product for sale:
1. Under ‘SETTINGS’, go to 'Products'
2. Click on the blue '+ New' icon to add a new product.
3. In the new window, fill in the following details:
Name: e.g. T-shirt
Description: e.g. Black cotton XXL
Price: e.g. 15 (no need to add $ sign)
Quantity:
Restock Threshold: Minimum quantity of the product to keep before reordering to ensure a sufficient supply.
Public: Toggle 'on' if the pack is available to members via the registration link or mobile signup. Toggle 'off' to make the pack private so that it can only be offered by a staff member for sale through the system's POS screen.
Product Image: Click the 'Upload' button to import an image.
We recommend keeping the file size under 2MB. Larger files may not display correctly or could lead to broken images.
4. Click 'Finish'. Your product will automatically be added to your inventory list.
