To deactivate a pack, you simply edit the balance and set it to 0.

1. Click the "pencil" button
2. Set it to "0".
3. Press the tick to the right most in the row to confirm.

To Reactivate a pack, increase the credit balance to above zero AND extend the expiry date.

1. Find the old pack by clicking on 'View past packs'.

2. Click the 'pencil' icon to edit. 

3. Press the 'tick' to the right most in the row to confirm.

4. Enter the 'Reason for Modify' then click 'Ok' to confirm.
