The same staff user ID (same email address) can be linked to multiple staff profiles, provided each profile is unique to a given gym business. For example, support@xoda.com can be used to create one staff profile per gym location. This kind of staff login can be used to log into one of the locations then easily switch to another location and between different location as illustrated below:

- A staff member who works across multiple unrelated businesses.
- An owner operating multiple unrelated businesses.
- A staff member working in a franchise business but does not need HQ level access such as HQ level reports and other advanced features such as editing shared plans, packs and schedule.
