To adjust a prospect's status:

  1. Under GROWTH go to Leads
  2. Search the lead
  3. Click on the STATUS column and change to Won
  4. Agree to the terms and conditions if applicable.
  5. Now optional: Enter the direct debit details and SUBMIT. (Bank transactions take up to 3 days for processing)
  6. POS screen is displayed. Choose plan or pack and click Add.
  7. Select the Payment Method
  8. Choose Plan Schedule if not pre-selected during the plan creation.
  9. Choose the Member and click SUBMIT.
  10. The payment appears in the POS details list once submitted.
  11. The Lead is now a member and comes up in the Member List.
Note: Statuses can be customised in Operations >> Settings >> Lead Stages
