Change a member's billing details

How to change any member's billing information

To change a member's billing information:

  1. Under OPERATIONS go to MEMBER DETAILS.
  2. In the SEARCH bar, enter the member’s name to get their profile.
  3. Click into their profile.
  4. Scroll down to CURRENT PLAN.
  5. Click the pencil icon next to anything you wish to edit; Payment Schedule, Next Payment Date or Scheduled Amount.
  6. Click the arrow on the right to confirm the changes.

The member's billing information is now updated.
