1. From the 'Homepage', go to 'Profile'.
2. Go to 'Memberships & Payments'.
3. Under 'Membership', tap on 'Plans'.
4. Use the 'search bar' to search for the plan or select from the list.
5. Once a plan is selected, tap on 'Purchase'.
6. Review the plan name, price and description.
7. Select when you want to charge the plan.
By default, "Activate immediately" is selected.
- Future Date: This option allows you to activate the new plan on a specific date in the future.
- Click on the date to open the calendar, then select your desired date.

- Activate immediately: This option will activate the new plan right away.
- Activate on next billing date or when current plan expires: This option will schedule the activation of the new plan for the next billing date or after the current plan expires.
8. Enter the Promo Code (optional).
If you have a promo code, enter it here to receive any applicable discounts or special offers. Note that this field is optional, and you can proceed without entering a code if you don't have one.
9. Select if you are adding a new plan or changing an existing to a new plan.
Note: Adding a new plan is available only for studios with multiple plans per member settings enabled.
10. Click on "Confirm" button on top of the screen.
11. Review the payment method then click on submit.
