If you have a paid Zapier account you can connect any of your preferred apps with XODA.

XODA instantly notifies connected Zapier apps whenever a new lead or member is created, suspended or cancelled.

Likewise, XODA will also transfer new lead or customer information to your  XODA account from any other connected app via Zapier.

How to find the XODA-Zapier integration

You may Google “XODA Zapier integration” or visit: XODA Integrations | Connect Your Apps with Zapier

On XODA Integrations | Connect Your Apps with Zapier, type the app name or part of the app name in the “search for pairing apps” search bar, or click on an icon displayed under the search window.

XODA-Zapier integration authentication

The XODA-Zapier integration uses session authentication as an authentication method. You need to use the Gym ID to identify your Xoda account/location. The Gym ID is a number displayed in your Gym Profile under Gym ID (or you can ask support@xoda.com). See below, when you create a trigger, you need to enter the gym ID via the custom value:

XODA-Zapier integration components

There are five triggers setup with the XODA-Zapier integration. All of the triggers occur immediately and send Zapier an instant notification when the relevant event takes place, for example:

New Lead: An event is emitted when a lead is created in XODA. It sends webhook data to a Zapier endpoint:

  • When a lead is created from a web portal.
  • When a lead is created from a Facebook webhook.
  • When a lead is created from a website integration.

New Member: An event is emitted while a member is created in XODA. It sends webhook data to a Zapier endpoint:

  • When the lead status is changed to ‘won.’
  • When a member is created from website integration.

Lost Lead: An event is emitted when a lead status is changed to 'lost' in XODA. It sends webhook data to a Zapier endpoint.

Member Suspended: an event is emitted when a member is suspended in XODA. It sends webhook data to a Zapier endpoint.

Member Cancelled: An event is emitted when a member is cancelled in XODA. It sends webhook data to a Zapier endpoint.

New Lead: A Zapier action is set up utilising the XODA lead creation api.

Use cases

Here are some typical use cases that you can get with your XODA-Zapier integration:

  • If a new lead is created and communicated to Zapier, you may use the data to export to an excel sheet for your sales team or import to a sales software platform.
  • When a member is cancelled or suspended, your bookkeeping software records can also be updated simultaneously.
N.B: Please note any of the above actions will need to be implemented by an administrator of both XODA and Zapier accounts.
