Please note that according to Stripe, there is a self-serve process to copy PAN data between Stripe accounts as explained in this article. However, we do not recommend going down that path as it requires the creation of a new Stripe account.
The below process is manual but it is try and tested:
For each member to be imported into XODA. In the customers list, search by customer name or email address. Find the Stripe customer ID which is the string I highlighted in the below screenshot.
Then please go to the payment method section and find method type which is either CARD or BANK.
The finally find the payment method ID which we refer to as token, an encrypted string containing the card or bank account information entered by the member into Stripe.
This is our sample file template (given also as an excel sheet Sample Stripe payment tokens files.xlsx) for uploading Stripe payment information for your members to be imported into XODA. This file contains first name, last name, email address, stripe customer ID, Stripe payment method ID, Stripe Payment Type (Card or Bank), Status in Stripe.
