Stripe standard connected account process
- Xoda staff will log into Xoda's primary stripe account to process payments on behalf of the connected Stripe accounts each of which belongs to a new Xoda customer.
- Xoda staff will go into the Connect panel to create a standard connection with the correct country specified such as Australia.
- A one time only URL lasting 7 days will be generated from Xoda's Stripe account.
- That URL will be sent securely to the gym owner. Then the gym owner needs to log into his or her Stripe account then within the same browser session, open the URL in another tab. The URL will then direct the gym owner to accept the connection invitation with Xoda's Stripe account.
- To confirm, the Xoda staff will refresh his or her browser to verify that the new owner's Stripe account appears in the list of connected Stripe accounts to Xoda.
- Then the owner can put his or her Stripe account ID into the Xoda profile set up.
- For migrating the existing members' payment information into Xoda, the owner needs to contact the Stripe support team to get a list of Stripe payment tokens to be imported into Xoda.
