To send a message to members of a group class:
- Under OPERATIONS go to GROUP CLASS
- Edit the group class and navigate to BOOKINGS
- click x next to the confirmed members. This will cancel the booked in member.
- Popup appears if the class is being cancelled outside the lockout period and have a cancellation fee. Clicking OK will charge the cancellation fee from the member. Checking the waive fee tickbox and clicking OK will cancel without charging the member.
- On cancelling a member the first one in the waiting list will be confirmed.
Note: To cancel multiple classes at the same time for one Member easiest way is to navigate to OPERATIONS >> Members >> Choose the member >> Bookings >> Click X next to the classes that need to be removed
- How to delete member bookings from a group class:
- There are three options:
- Cancel this session only - cancels the member booking for the current highlighted group class.
- Cancel recurring sessions - cancels the recurring member bookings from the current highlighted group class and onwards.
- Choose a date range - For example, there are a series of recurring Group Classes on Fridays. The date range is chosen to be from this Friday till Friday in 3 weeks then exactly three bookings are deleted, leaving the rest of the bookings still intact.
