How to add new Service to XODA

This article intends to provide you steps and details about Adding a Service

Step 1: Access the Settings

  • Begin by navigating to the Settings section of your account.
  • Once in Settings, locate and select the Profile subcategory.

Step 2: Navigate to Services

  • In the Profile section, click on the Services tab.
  • Next to the 'Services' title, you'll find a button labeled New. Click this button to add a new service.

Step 3: Enter Service Details

  • A new window will appear asking for the details of your service. Here’s what you need to fill out:
    1. Title: Enter the name of your service.
    2. Type: Select the type of service from the drop-down menu.
    3. Description: Write a brief description of the service.
    4. Duration: Choose the duration of the service from the available options in the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Set Cancellation and Booking Preferences

  • Late Cancellation Period: Define the time period before the service begins after which a cancellation will incur a penalty fee.
  • Penalty Fee and Credit Fee: If applicable, enter the penalty and credit fees associated with a late cancellation.
  • No Credit Refund: You can toggle the 'No Credit Refund' option on or off depending on whether you want to offer refunds for late cancellations.
  • No Booking Period: Set the period during which no bookings can be made, using days, hours, or minutes as your units.

Step 5: Finalize Service Details

  • If your service is free to book, you can toggle the Free to Book option on or off.

Step 6: Add the Service

  • Once all the details are entered, click Add.
  • The new service will now be listed under the Services tab.
